for all my fans, who are probably wondering where ive been lately … moving is a pain in the arse! I have been doing much packing and stacking, and we had our last garage sale over the weekend … which was hotter than blue blazes!
but today we pick up the rental truck, and begin the arduous task of loading it up. this will take a couple days, and then we head out of oklahoma! I am both excited and scared at the same time. my plans have had to be so fluid, and once again I have to trust God for the outcome. I will tell you more about it later. right now I am keeping my eyes on the Word of God, and standing my ground. I will be offline for a little while, while this move is under way.
you know, I trust God for everything anyway, so this is not a place im not familiar with. on the contrary … its where I live.
see you all soon! will try to keep up with my cell phone as much as I can.

Yes moving are indeed a pain in the behind, but once one have everything in the new place and its time to decorate the new place its great as one see how great it become after the old place, but yes the moving part :p

Moving is one of my pet hates, in fact I don’t like changes of any sort much, so i hope all goes smoothly for you both. thanks for your visits and kind comments.
thank you much arlene. i dont care much for moving out … moving in is work too, but more fun. job hunting is worse than iether, for me. i hate job hunting. you have to repeat the info on every application, and get thru all the ‘no’s to get to that one yes … and the ‘no’s always hurt my feelings a little, even tho i know its not personal. its just me bing my usual sensitive self.
but once i bag that job, its all good.

I absolutely hate moving after having to do so much of it when I was in the service. Have a safe trip, don’t try to do too much at one time and we’ll be here when you get back online.
i have moved often myself, but by choice. alway been a bit of a vagabond. but the last move involved ten years of accumulation, and this move involves selling a house. i dont like this at all. except for getting out of here, which makes it worth the struggle.
i am so looking forward to getting my ducks lined up, and getting moved in and settled. keep us in your prayers for that. we both know God is a promise keeper!

I have moved from pillar to post mostly not of my own choice, over recent times and I am getting to hate it too! It is an uphill struggle and you definately need faith to get you through it in one piece and still sane!! Hoping all goes as smoothly and stress free as possible under what will no doubt be very trying circumstances (they always are when it comes to moving!) Thinking of you and looking forward to hearing all about your new home when you’re up and running again x 🙂
You just concentrate on the moving part Kirstin, and the blogging can come later when you are nicely moved into your new home and are sat relaxing with some cool drinks, probably cuddling your man and feeling the wonderful drop in temperatures too, which will be so welcomed after all that time in the unbearable heat…

Your interpretation of S. 107A(b) while plausible seems to be already covered by Section 48 which restrains the import of patented products without the consent of the patentees. If we were to go by your interpretation we would basically have two provisions in the Act stating the same law i.e. Section 48 and S. 107(A)Right or wrong? Cheers,Prashant

I am just calling by to wish you a wonderful weekend Kirstin, I would imagine that you have decorated and furnished your whole house by now, well probably quite a lot of furniture from your other home but definitely nice being able to plan it all out and make your new home feel wonderful, especially with the lower climate and a chance to breathe for a change 🙂
